Hello!  My name is Gloria Bartz.  I Have been doing calligraphy since the mid-fifties. I have a bachelors degree in fine art, and I am a member of the Scribes and Illuminators of London, England.  I am also a member of the Craftsmens Guild of Mississippi.  I have a full service frame shop.  My son Greg (pictured with me), has been helping me since the death of my husband on June 6, 1996.  I can no longer do art fairs, because it takes two people, and a second person is not always available.  Consequently I have a large inventory of 169 different calligraphy prints that I would like to sell on a wholesale basis. 

My husband, Armund, and I were on the art fair circuit  in 14 states since 1968.  I did the artwork and the framing.  Armund made all the frames, did all the shrink wrapping, put all the screw eyes and the wires on the framed pictures, did all the driving, lifted all the heavy boxes, and cooked dinner every night.  We had a grand time in our travels, and met lots of wonderful people.  During our at home, we worked everyday to prepare for the next show, but also enjoyed gardening, our six kittys, and visiting our four adult sons.
